Good to know before you book
Deposits & cancellations
When you book with Reflections, you agree to and acknowledge our cancellation policy.
- A deposit is required for all services. Deposits are fully transferable and refundable up to 24 hours before your appointment.
- Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment means your deposit is kept as a cancellation fee.
- If you repeatedly cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour window, a deposit of 50–100% of your appointment cost will be required for future bookings.
Redos
If you’re unhappy with your hair, please get in touch within one week of your service. All redos must be performed within two weeks of your original appointment.
